   A new, large-capacity hall to host retreats, worship, conferences, and seasonal gatherings.

   Budget: $225,000
   Ensure reliable power for the Main Building and key lodging areas.
3. Main Building Hot Water System Upgrade
   Budget: $17,500
   Provides dependable hot water to guest rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
4. Roof Repair & Replacement (Multiple Buildings)
   Estimated Budget: $50,000–$100,000+
   Restore protection and structural integrity to key facilities.
5. New Carpeting (Main & Guest Buildings)
   Budget: $9,200
   Update interior flooring across multiple buildings for safety and comfort.
6. Restroom Renovation (60 units)
   Budget: $300,000
   Essential upgrades for accessibility, hygiene, and guest experience.
7. Heating & Cooling Systems Installation
   Budget: $60,000
   Install efficient HVAC systems in older buildings and common spaces.
8. Building #8 Reconstruction
   Budget: $250,000
   Restore this structure for future use in guest housing or ministry.

9. Arts Center Roof Upgrade + Verse Tile Design
   Budget: $12,000 (+ additional for design)
   Refinish the roof with integrated scripture: “In the beginning, God created.”
10. Arts Center Ceiling Renovation

    Create a clean, functional interior environment for exhibitions and workshops.
11. Kitchenette Remodel (for art + retreat use)

12. Riverfront Wheelchair-Accessible Path

    Build safe access from the property to the river for all visitors.
