Help Reive Eddy Farm
Eddy Farm Retreat Fee Prepayment Program
We have been blessed for the past three years to make a few improvements and updates to this beautiful retreat center with the support of churches and with help of many brothers and sisters who share our vision for this already beautiful Christian retreat place. These improvements and updates include such projects as paving the new road, installing new A/Cs for all the rooms, replacing new beds (both mattresses and frame boxes), installing new window treatments, renovating bathrooms, building new recreational facilities including soccer fields, basketball court, volleyball court, miniature golf course, pickleball courts and ping pong tables, etc. We are very thankful for the gracious support and help from congregations like yours and we continue to need such support and help as we understand we cannot do any of these without your working together with us. That is why we are currently offering this program called “Help Revive Eddy Farm”. It is a program under which we would be humbly asking churches, congregations and ministries who plan to host their retreat at Eddy Farm in the coming year(s) to make prepayments for the retreat fees from one to five years. The prepayment program includes the following details:
- Both Eddy Farm and the guests who make the prepayment will reach and sign the “Help Revive Eddy Farm Prepayment Agreement”.
- Discounts:
- Prepayment for 1 year: 5%
- Prepayment for 2-3 years: 10%
- Prepayment for 4-5 years: 15%
- No rate increase for the prepayment years.
- Priority to choose the retreat date(s).
- We will send a prepayment reminder each year and the balance of prepayment after applying the prepayment to any retreat event.
- Guests can withdraw the prepayment anytime, no questions asked. Eddy Farm will refund the balance of prepayment to the guests within 30 days upon notification for refund from guests.
The money from the prepayment will be used for the improvement projects including the following:
- Purchasing emergency regenerators
- Purchasing Steam boiler and hot water heaters for the Main Building
- Renovating bathrooms
- Replacing roofings
- Rebuilding the freezers and coolers for the main kitchen
- Purchasing Prefab Homes as Mission Houses (for details please contact us)
