The Vision

We believe the very first words of Scripture: “In the beginning, God created.” is more than history.

They are a living message for every generation and deserve to be seen, declared, and remembered.

At the entrance of Eddy Farm, a Christian retreat center in upstate New York, we are installing two new rooftops—one on each side of the driveway— that will spell out this sacred phrase:

• “IN THE BEGINNING” (on the left building)
• “GOD CREATED” (on the right building)

These rooftops will be a visible declaration of faith, welcoming everyone who enters this property with the truth of God’s Word.

What This Is

This is not just a roofing project. It is a creative act of worship. A statement in architecture. A prayer written between heaven and earth.

This project is not about utility. It’s about testimony. We are building something that points back to the Creator—boldly, publicly, and permanently.

Where It Is

The two buildings are located directly across from each other at the entrance of Eddy Farm, just after the tree-lined driveway. They are the first thing people see when they arrive.

The Cost

While volunteers will provide the labor, we are raising funds to cover the cost of materials and estimated labor if needed. The budget is as follows:
